## Crude supply
- pipeline: Mid-Valley Pipeline — A 2018 London Economics International study says the refinery's heavy crude is supplied by the Mid-Valley pipeline from Lima.
- pipeline: Enbridge Line 78 — The same 2018 study says heavy crude reaches the refinery by pipeline from the Enbridge system via Line 78. It does not name the connecting line from the Enbridge system into the plant.
- pipeline: Enbridge Line 5 (via Marysville pumping station and Sunoco pipeline to the Toledo area) — Wikipedia's Enbridge Line 5 article names BP Husky as a Toledo-area refinery receiving volumes offloaded at the Marysville pumping station and moved on a Sunoco pipeline to Toledo. The 2018 London Economics International study says heavy crude is not carried on Line 5, so this would be a light crude route. Wikipedia is the only source for it, which is weak.

## Product outlets
- pipeline: Buckeye Pipeline — Buckeye's Directory of Connecting Facilities by Location, updated November 2024, lists Cenovus Refining Company LLC as a connecting facility under Toledo. It does not say whether the tie is at the plant or through a station, and it does not list products.
- marine: BP Oil Co. Toledo Refinery Marine Dock — NOAA Coast Pilot 6 lists the dock for shipment and occasional receipt of petroleum products. It gives 1,108 ft of berthing space and reported depths of 20 to 21 ft alongside. The listing still carries the BP Oil Co. name.
