## Crude supply
- pipeline: Sinclair Guernsey crude gathering/delivery pipeline (part of HEP's Sinclair-area crude pipeline system) — Guernsey, WY is a major Rockies crude hub (Pony Express Pipeline terminus, Powder River Gateway/Double H deliveries, 'Sinclair Guernsey Terminal' referenced in trade press). HEP's ~1,200-mile integrated crude/products pipeline system supporting the Sinclair refineries runs through this corridor. Could not confirm the exact proper name of the Guernsey-to-refinery crude line within budget; treat name as descriptive, not canonical.
- pipeline: Saddle Butte Pipeline III (crude oil, Powder River Basin) — This is a real HF Sinclair midstream asset (26.08% JV interest via HEP), but per the FY2024 10-K it is a 220-mile, 60,000 bpd CRUDE OIL pipeline running from the Powder River Basin to CASPER, Wyoming, delivering into the Highland Flats Terminal there -- it feeds HF Sinclair's separate Casper refinery, not the Sinclair (Parco) refinery. Included here only to document the correction; do not treat as confirmed supply into this refinery.

## Product outlets
- pipeline: Pioneer Pipeline — The tariff (F.E.R.C. No. 64.28.0, effective July 2026) lists Sinclair Station, Carbon County, Wyoming as the origin, with deliveries to Rock Springs, Wyoming and to Pioneer Pipe Line Company's North Salt Lake Station, Davis County, Utah. The line is 312 miles with 60,000 bpd of capacity and is a 49.995% HF Sinclair joint venture with Phillips 66. A roughly 35,000 bpd expansion was under review as of October 2025, targeted for 2028.
- pipeline: Sinclair Chase Connection Pipeline (part of HEP's 'South System' refined-products pipelines) — A real named Sinclair refined-products pipeline confirmed in a 2022 HEP 8-K exhibit, grouped with the Sinclair Medicine Bow, Olathe and Montrose pipelines (serving Colorado markets incl. Denver via the Medicine Bow Pipeline, and Montrose/Olathe near Grand Junction, CO). This corresponds to the graph's 'Chase' component; 'Overland' and 'Frontier' could not be confirmed as parts of this same named system within budget -- recommend renaming the edge to 'Sinclair Chase Connection Pipeline' rather than the compound name currently stored.
- truck_rack: Sinclair, Wyoming refinery truck rack (IRS terminals T-83-WY-4057 and T-83-WY-4054) — The IRS terminal list has two fuel terminal records at the refinery address: T-83-WY-4057, Holly Energy Partners - Operating L.P., and T-83-WY-4054, HF Sinclair Parco Refining LLC. Which of the two numbers covers the physical loading rack is not established.

## Recent events
- 2025-10-29 — HF Sinclair announced it is evaluating a multi-phased Rocky Mountain/West Coast refined-products midstream expansion of up to 150,000 bpd. Phase 1 (~35,000 bpd, targeted online 2028) would expand the Pioneer Pipeline (Sinclair, WY to Salt Lake City, UT) and debottleneck the UNEV Pipeline (Salt Lake City to Las Vegas); HF Sinclair is also reviewing the Medicine Bow Pipeline (Denver, CO to Sinclair, WY) for possible expansion/reversal. Subject to board and regulatory approval.
- 2025-08-22 — EPA granted, in part, small-refinery RFS exemption requests for the Parco (Sinclair, WY) refinery (and HF Sinclair's Cheyenne, Woods Cross and Casper refineries) for various 2019-2024 compliance years, while denying others in part; HF Sinclair subsidiaries filed suit in the DC Circuit in October 2025 to overturn the denials. Regulatory/compliance-cost event, not a physical supply disruption.
