- pipeline: Return-to-TAPS blending — Petro Star separates diesel and kerosene fractions by distillation and blends them into finished products; remaining fractions are injected back into TAPS.
- marine: Valdez Petroleum Terminal (Port Valdez) — A 230,000-barrel terminal (purchased 1994) near the Alaska State Ferry dock; Petro Star barges transship ULSD, gasoline and jet fuel between the Valdez Refinery, Anchorage, and the Aleutian Islands.
