A call is one AI tool call, or one direct data request, made with your key. Connecting a client and listing its tools are not counted. The daily count resets at midnight, site time.
Terms of use
- Free accounts are for personal use. You may use the data for your own research, learning and analysis. You may not use a free account to run a product or service, to supply data to an employer or client as part of paid work, or on behalf of anyone else.
- Do not redistribute the data. Do not republish, resell or share the data in bulk, build a copy of the dataset, or use it to train or fine-tune a machine-learning model. Quoting figures in your own writing is welcome.
- Credit the source. When you quote a figure, cite Thinking On Energy with a link to the page it came from and the date you read it.
- One account, one key, yours alone. Do not share your key or open several accounts to get around a limit. We count calls per key and may pause a key that is misused.
- Some data belongs to others. Much of what we hold comes from public and licensed sources, and their own terms continue to apply. Where a source does not permit downloads, we do not offer them.
- No warranty, and not advice. The data is provided as it is, for research and analysis. It may contain errors or arrive late. It is not investment, trading or legal advice; check anything you act on against the original publisher.
- Limits and terms can change. We may change call limits, what a plan includes, or these terms, and will ask you to accept new terms before you issue another key.
- Business use needs the Professional plan. Commercial and internal business use, higher limits and file downloads are available by arrangement.
