- IDLE. Enterprise's FY2018 10-K: 'Although the Centennial Pipeline is currently idle, we continue to evaluate potential projects with our joint venture partner that could repurpose the line.' Per the Enterprise 10-K summary: idled 2013 (refined products service effectively ended mid-2011), purged and filled with nitrogen in 2013, fully impaired Dec 2019. A 2015-2016 plan to reverse it for Utica/Marcellus NGLs was reported but no such service appears in any tariff found. The 2018 Enterprise TE tariff index still listed a 'Beaumont - Centennial Pipeline' destination; the current TE tariff (55.89.0, eff 2026-07-01) does not.

- Historically a 50/50 JV of TE Products (now Enterprise) and Marathon Petroleum/MPLX. Enterprise's FY2018 10-K: 50% equity interest; 795-mile refined products pipeline from Beaumont, TX to Bourbon, IL with a 2.3 MMBbl terminal near Creal Springs, IL. Enterprise wrote off its entire investment in Dec 2019 ($76.4MM impairment, per the Enterprise FY2019/2020 10-K as summarized by search). Neither the Enterprise FY2025 10-K nor the MPLX FY2025 10-K lists Centennial among equity investments (MPLX's refined-products equity list shows only Explorer). Current ownership/legal status is unverified.
