Frontier Pipeline LLC products tariff last issued 2020-07-01; HollyFrontier converted Cheyenne refinery to renewable diesel. Frontier Aspen and SLC Pipeline remain active CRUDE carriers (2025/2026 rate filings).

- This is a composite label in our graph, not a single carrier. 'Chase' matches Phillips 66 Pipeline LLC's 'Denver Chase PL - Denver Terminal to Magellan PL' (P66 tariff index, CO PUC 2.x). 'Frontier' matches HF Sinclair's Frontier Pipeline LLC (Cheyenne refinery products, last tariff 2020) and Frontier Aspen LLC (Casper-Utah crude). 'Overland' most likely refers to Overland Pass Pipeline (Opal, WY to Conway, KS), an NGL pipeline with no refined-product terminal deliveries (Williams description) - no tariff read.
