- No conversions, sales or reversals were found. Chevron's Northwest Products System (Salt Lake City to Boise/Pasco/Spokane) was sold to Tesoro in 2013 and is outside this system's current scope. The 2013 date is from memory and was not verified this session.

- Wholly owned by Chevron. The Southern California refined-products lines link the Chevron El Segundo refinery to Chevron's own Montebello, Van Nuys and Huntington Beach distribution terminals.
- Intrastate
- Everything is inside California. The CPUC regulates only pipelines that carry products owned by others. No CPUC or FERC common-carrier tariff was found for Chevron's El Segundo products lines; they appear to be proprietary. Chevron's CPUC-tariffed California lines (KLM, Inglewood, San Joaquin, Northam) are CRUDE systems (see CPUC D.08-12-046).
