Status & ownership

Status
All tariffs are current, effective 2026-07-01. Inland does not carry MTBE/ETBE/TAME. Blend/feed stocks move only as segregated 'Toledo 2' batches when operating conditions permit. Lima-Columbus dedication incentive tiers (<10k, 10-13k, >13k bpd) are in Ohio Rate Sheet 6.21.1.
Ownership
Inland Corporation (Ohio) owns about 350 miles of active refined-products pipeline in Ohio connecting three Ohio refineries to Ohio terminals. Sunoco Logistics bought 83.8% in May 2011 (27.0% from Shell, 56.8% from Sunoco) and assumed operatorship in 2012 (Sunoco Logistics FY2012 10-K, https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0001161154/000119312513086930/d444720d10k.htm). Still listed as an Energy Transfer subsidiary in ET's FY2025 10-K Exhibit 21.1 (https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1276187/000127618726000013/et12312025ex211.htm); tariffs published by Energy Transfer. Joint tariffs with Sunoco Pipeline L.P. via Fostoria and Mogadore (Ohio Rate Sheet 7.x) and Sunoco's FERC No. 216.18.0 'Allegheny Access' to PA/NY (filed by Sunoco; routes in the Sunoco file). Historically carried Sunoco's Toledo refinery output (Sunoco Logistics S-1, 2002), now PBF Toledo: not yet confirmed as a current Inland shipper.
Intrastate
Ohio Rate Sheet No. 6.21.1 (Inland local, OH to OH) and No. 7.12 (joint with Sunoco) are Ohio intrastate rate sheets published by the carrier; they do not say whether they are filed with PUCO (the Sunoco equivalents state they are not). Intrastate-only points: Hudson, Tallmadge, Cleveland Junction (also FERC 30.33.0), Akron, Niles.

Research
HIGH confidence

Rates are pipeline line-haul transcribed from published FERC tariffs; every figure cites its tariff and item. Cost to serve (netback) adds origin spot price and destination fees. "Confirmed" links match a tariff delivery point to the facility; "same city" means the point is in the facility's city — plausible, not proof; "per research" means the facility's research profile names the pipeline as an outlet.
