- 10,000 bbl minimum accepted at origin per Shipper, for either an Accounting Batch or participation in an Operational Batch (Rule 6a/6b) — Carrier has discretion to move smaller batches to maximize system utilization. Minimum DELIVERY at destination (Rule 7a): 5,000 bbl to Renton, Seattle, and Sea-Tac; 3,000 bbl to Tacoma; 4,000 bbl to Vancouver. - Intrastate rates are set under the Amended Olympic Settlement Agreement (WUTC Docket TO-031973, amended TO-190267). FERC rates follow the settlement in IS19-280 (amending IS03-218 and OR08-16), per the search snippet. No conversions, reversals or idled segments were found.

- Olympic Pipe Line Company LLC. BP Pipelines (North America) is the operator and issuing agent on every tariff read. Enbridge bought a 65% interest from BP's Arco MidCon in 2006 and sold a majority stake in 2017 for about $160M (the buyer is widely reported as IFM Investors; not verified this session). BP/Arco MidCon keeps the remainder.
