  1. 2026-09 regulatory

    Indiana DEM processed a significant modification of the Part 70 permit (129-50133-00003). CountryMark applied to revise permit conditions to incorporate requirements from a federal consent decree. source

    A unit upset on the Diesel Hydrotreater Unit (~10:45 a.m.) caused a small fire and visible flaring; no injuries, no offsite impacts, rest of refinery unaffected. source
