Local THUMS crude from the Wilmington Oil Field, received through the Ribost terminal in Long Beach, plus other crude from onshore and offshore California, the western United States and Canada. The plant processes crude into naphtha, gas oils and distillates and makes paving and roofing asphalt. EIA lists 8,500 barrels per calendar day and 10,000 barrels per stream day as of 1 January 2026.
