Alaska North Slope crude taken from TAPS, including state royalty oil. The plant is a topping refinery: it removes the lighter cuts (jet fuel, heating oil, diesel, naphtha and, seasonally, asphalt base oil) and injects the remainder back into TAPS. The Alaska Division of Oil and Gas 2007 report puts the share kept at about 25 percent of throughput.
