No. 42 Item 45, and repeated verbatim in the self-contained FERC No. 68.5.0 (Midland-El Paso) Item 45. A lower 0.05% ('five hundredths of a percent') applies specifically on Texas HEP No. 24.10.0 (Midland-Orla) Item 45 and F.E.R.C. No. 57.13.0 (Wichita Falls-Duncan) Item 45. All of these describe shrinkage/evaporation losses borne by shipper, offset quarterly against gains. The El Dorado tariff (F.E.R.C. No. 65.19.0) references an 'appropriate tender deduction' (Item 180) without stating a percentage. Frontier Pipeline (F.E.R.C. No. 2.9.0 Item 20) and the UNEV rate tariff (F.E.R.C. - HollyFrontier converted its Cheyenne, WY refinery to renewable diesel (announced 2020); the Frontier Pipeline LLC products tariff (refinery to Magellan Cheyenne and Sidney, NE) was last issued 2020 (FERC 2.9.0) and does not appear in later lists - likely cancelled/idle (not confirmed). Wichita Falls-Duncan products tariff (FERC 57) last issued 2021 and is not in the July 2026 index. Artesia-Orla rates were initial rates (new destination) in an earlier issue of FERC 56.

- HF Sinclair Corporation acquired all public units of Holly Energy Partners, L.P. (closed Dec 2023); HEP - Operating, L.P. still files the tariffs (Dallas). HollyFrontier + Sinclair Oil combined in 2022 (Sinclair Transportation / Sinclair Logistics assets moved under HEP). UNEV (Woods Cross to Las Vegas) is HF Sinclair-controlled. Adoption notices FERC 51/52 cover HEP Operating Company and Navajo Pipeline predecessors.
