Status & ownership

- Willow Grove PA destination removed from Pa. P.U.C. No. 16 by Supplement No. 10 (effective 2024-12-21). Pa. P.U.C. No. 16 also carries eastbound (westside-origin) rates from Mechanicsburg / Independence (Washington Co.) / Delmont to Twin Oaks, marked [C]. The Allegheny Access joint tariff (216.18.0) moves Ohio refinery product (Toledo/Lima via Inland to Fostoria) east to Pittsburgh, central PA and western NY; eastern-PA/NY service is capped at ~15,000 bpd and depends on operating conditions. Delmont is listed in 175.36.0 with no FERC rate from any origin; it is served under PA PUC and Ohio-origin tariffs. Michigan Rate Sheet No. 7 dates from 2012 and is still listed as currently effective. Mariner East/West (NGL/ethane) tariffs exist but are NGL, not refined products.

- Sunoco Pipeline L.P. is the Energy Transfer common carrier for the former Sunoco Logistics refined-products assets (Eastern Area and Beaumont/Hebert systems). Tariffs are issued by the Energy Transfer Operations GP LLC 'EVP - NGL & Refined Products'. Mid-Valley Pipeline rolls up into Sunoco/Energy Transfer but is a crude system and not covered here. Inland Corporation (83.8% owned per Energy Transfer Partners FY2012-13 10-K) interconnects with Sunoco at Fostoria and Mogadore OH and has joint tariffs with it. Harbor Pipeline is named as a Linden delivery/origin in 175.36.0. Sunoco LP (the fuel distributor) is a separate Energy Transfer affiliate that now also owns NuStar; NuStar is kept as its own system.
