Fees & terms

Loss allowance
Explorer/Magellan tariffs do not use a 'loss allowance' term; instead a volumetric TENDER DEDUCTION is applied (FERC No. 159.35.0, Item 30, Section B): 0.1% by volume on movements under Item 210 of FERC No. 166 (Port Neches/Port Arthur/Pasadena-Houston to Carthage/Mount Vernon/Rogers/Springfield); 0.15% by volume on movements under Item 300 of FERC No. 166 (Port Arthur to Albuquerque/Belen/El Paso/Santa Teresa) -- E.P.L. assesses 0.05% at the Port Arthur origin and MPL assesses the remaining 0.10%. No tender-deduction/loss-allowance figure was found in the Explorer local tariffs (100.134.0, 103.34.0, 101.29.0) or their rules and regulations sections. FERC No. 159.35.0 · Item 30

Research
HIGH confidence

Rates are pipeline line-haul transcribed from published FERC tariffs; every figure cites its tariff and item. Cost to serve (netback) adds origin spot price and destination fees. "Confirmed" links match a tariff delivery point to the facility; "same city" means the point is in the facility's city — plausible, not proof; "per research" means the facility's research profile names the pipeline as an outlet.
