- Phillips 66 Pipeline LLC adopted ConocoPhillips Pipe Line tariffs effective 2012-04-12 (spin-off). Many product lines were then moved to Phillips 66 Carrier LLC (ex-Phillips 66 Partners assets) in 2013-2014 (e.g., FERC 30/31/34 cancellation notices point to P66 Carrier). Phillips 66 Partners was re-absorbed into Phillips 66 in 2022. Heartland is a Phillips 66-operated joint venture.
