- In 2023 FHR announced a new pipeline from its Bastrop terminal (about 20 miles, 10-inch, along the Hwy 71 corridor, for jet fuel to Austin-Bergstrom). Its in-service status was not verified. No other conversions were found.
- Ownership
- Koch subsidiary. FHR operates about 4,000 miles of pipeline: the Texas Pipeline System (products from Corpus Christi); in the north, the Minnesota Pipe Line (crude), Wood River Pipeline (Hartford IL to St. Paul MN products), Wisconsin Pipeline and the MSP Airport jet line. Only the Texas system is relevant to the graph link.

- The FHR Texas Pipeline System (Corpus Christi to San Antonio, Austin, Bastrop, Waco and DFW) is intrastate. No FHR T-4 tariff text could be read: the one RRC document found is scanned. The system may be operated as proprietary (shipper = FHR), which would mean no public rate tariff exists.
