Follows the supply graph: the terminals this line and anything it leaves without input deliver to, and what still reaches each, including other lines of the same carrier at a shared delivery point. Capacity and contracts are not modelled. Agents can run the same check with the MCP tool assess_outage_impact.

Status & ownership

Status
In 2023 FHR announced a new pipeline from its Bastrop terminal (about 20 miles, 10-inch, along the Hwy 71 corridor, for jet fuel to Austin-Bergstrom). Its in-service status was not verified. No other conversions were found.
Ownership
Koch subsidiary. FHR operates about 4,000 miles of pipeline: the Texas Pipeline System (products from Corpus Christi); in the north, the Minnesota Pipe Line (crude), Wood River Pipeline (Hartford IL to St. Paul MN products), Wisconsin Pipeline and the MSP Airport jet line. Only the Texas system is relevant to the graph link.
Intrastate
The FHR Texas Pipeline System (Corpus Christi to San Antonio, Austin, Bastrop, Waco and DFW) is intrastate. No FHR T-4 tariff text could be read: the one RRC document found is scanned. The system may be operated as proprietary (shipper = FHR), which would mean no public rate tariff exists.

Research
LOW confidence

Rates are pipeline line-haul transcribed from published FERC tariffs; every figure cites its tariff and item. Cost to serve (netback) adds origin spot price and destination fees. "Confirmed" links match a tariff delivery point to the facility; "same city" means the point is in the facility's city — plausible, not proof; "per research" means the facility's research profile names the pipeline as an outlet.
