This directly conflicts with a separate Trans Mountain press release that lists Cherry Point alongside Anacortes and Ferndale as a Puget Sound Pipeline destination -- see graph_edge_review for edge 4772.     Olympic Pipeline mainline shut for roughly two days of maintenance-related activity, restarted evening of Feb 19, 2026; BP reported no product release. source

    A leak on BP's shared Olympic Pipeline near Everett, WA halted refined-product deliveries (including jet fuel to Sea-Tac Airport) for nearly two weeks; progressively restored through Nov 25, 2025. Shared-infrastructure disruption affecting Cherry Point's product egress, not a refinery-specific event. source

  3. 2025-06-13 turnaround

    Multi-month planned turnaround concluded; brought in over 2,800 contractors; installed new remotely-operated valves on the coker unit to let workers remotely empty coke drums; the refinery ran at partial capacity while the coker unit was under work. source
