Minnesota Pipe Line Company carries crude oil to the Flint Hills Resources Pine Bend refinery and to the St. Paul Park refinery. It is owned by Marathon, Flint Hills Resources and Trof, Inc. and operated by Flint Hills Resources. Enbridge does not deliver at the refinery: its pipelines pass through Clearbrook, and the oil moves from there to the Twin Cities on the four lines of the Minnesota Pipeline. The IRS terminal list carries T-41-MN-3404, Western Refining Terminals, 100 West Third Street, St. Paul Park, the only IRS terminal in the town. The Minnesota House Research report (2018) says the St. Paul Park refinery has a petroleum product terminal at its facility. Magellan's Minnesota Intrastate Schedule No. 30 (effective July 1, 2026) names St. Paul Park as an origin with Minneapolis (Roseville) and Pine Bend, and F.E.R.C. No. 160.59.0 lists St Paul Park, MN in the Minneapolis origin group. Marathon's April 2024 fact sheet says products are delivered from the refinery by pipeline.
