The Wink to Webster Texas intrastate tariff (No. 2.12.0, filed August 2026) lists ExxonMobil Beaumont Junction in Harris County as a destination. That is the hand-off near Houston, not the refinery. ExxonMobil said in March 2023 that the refinery is connected to pipelines from its Permian Basin operations and that the Wink to Webster and Beaumont pipelines were complete. Sunoco Pipeline FERC No. 183.20.0 carries product from the ExxonMobil Beaumont Refinery to the TE Products Pipeline Company Beaumont Receiving Station at 6.43 cents a barrel from July 1, 2026. The tariff limits petroleum products to gasoline and distillates. Sunoco's line makes the link, not a direct injection by the refinery. Sunoco Pipeline TX No. 80.12, effective July 1, 2026, carries product from the refinery to the Sunoco Pipeline Hebert Tank Farm and on to the Energy Transfer Marketing & Terminals Center and Waskom terminals in East Texas. The same tariff has a terminalling rate into the Energy Transfer Marketing & Terminals Hebert truck loading facilities in Jefferson County.		 At the refinery. Six pipelines between the refinery and the Jefferson Energy terminal were completed in February 2021. The first two in service had capacity of 168,000 barrels a day of diesel and 150,000 barrels a day of gasoline. A July 2021 announcement added five more connecting lines; the lines also move crude between the two sites.     ExxonMobil commissioned a $2B, 250,000-bpd crude-unit expansion, raising Beaumont's total capacity to ~630,000 bpd -- the largest US refinery expansion since 2012. source
